The rules for using the Vireo app. Please read them before using the service.
Effective 9 September 2026 · Vireo · vireo.coach
In short. Vireo is a tool for a coach to work with their
clients and keep a food diary. Vireo does not provide medical services
and does not replace a doctor’s advice. The app is free for clients;
the coach’s cabinet runs on a subscription — payment terms
in section 10, prices on the pricing page. By using
Vireo you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
01 Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Yurii
Stetsura, operator of the Vireo app (“we”, “Vireo”). By
creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you have read and accept these
Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02 What Vireo is
Vireo is a mobile app and web cabinet that help a coach — a nutritionist,
a trainer or another specialist (the "coach") — manage their clients,
and help a client log nutrition, weight, water and activity, receive a meal plan, and
communicate with their coach. Vireo is a software tool, not a
medical, dietetic, or advisory service.
03 Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You agree to provide truthful data and keep it up to date.
04 Your account
An account is required; you are responsible for keeping your password secret.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized access.
One account is intended for one person; do not share access with third parties.
05 Coach and client
Vireo only connects a coach and a client and provides tools for their work together.
Advice, meal plans and recommendations are provided by the coach, not by Vireo. We do not review or endorse their content and are not responsible for it.
Vireo is not a party to the relationship between coach and client (including any payment for their services outside the app).
Information about a coach’s qualifications is provided by them. We may verify a coach’s identity but do not guarantee their professional suitability.
06 Medical disclaimer
Vireo is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat,
or prevent any disease. Information in the app is general and for reference only and
does not replace advice from a doctor or other qualified health
professional.
Consult a doctor before making significant changes to your diet or physical activity, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
In an emergency, contact emergency services, not the app.
You rely on any recommendations at your own discretion and risk.
07 Acceptable use
When using Vireo, you agree not to:
break the lawimpersonate othersupload others’ data without consenthack or overload the servicebypass protections and limitsharvest other users’ datadistribute malwareuse the service for spaminsult, demean or threatenpost objectionable content
Specifically about what other people can see — reviews, a coach's replies, messages:
we have no tolerance for abusive, demeaning or threatening content,
or for harassment of any kind. We remove such content, and we may restrict or
terminate the author's account — with no refund where a paid subscription is involved.
If you come across it, write to
support@vireo.coach; reports of objectionable
content are handled as fast as we can, normally within 24 hours. If it concerns your
coach, you can disconnect from them in the app at any time — their access to your data
ends immediately.
08 Your content
The data you enter (diary, metrics, messages, reviews) remains yours.
You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service
to you (show your progress, share with your coach, etc.), as described in the
Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you enter and confirm that you
have the right to submit it. Content that breaches section 7 may be removed without
notice.
09 Service availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously but cannot guarantee it: the app and the cabinet may contain bugs, change, or be temporarily unavailable — including during maintenance. This does not extend to paid subscriptions in the cabinet: those are provided in full, and payment and refunds are governed by section 10.
We back up data regularly, but we still recommend keeping your own copy of important documents (lab result files, for instance).
We may add, change, or remove features without notice.
10 Payment and subscription
Vireo is free for clients. Paid plans apply only to coaches
and to sports clubs that pay for their trainers' seats. A
coach without a subscription is on the free plan with its limits (including one
active client); the full list and current prices are on the
pricing page and on the pricing page in the cabinet
at the time of purchase.
10.1. How the subscription works
A subscription is paid in advance for a period — a month or a year — and
renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it. The
charge is taken on the day the paid period ends, from the card you provided at
checkout.
Payment is made on the secure page of the acquiring bank (JSC Universal Bank,
monobank). We never receive or store your card details. The payment
document is issued by the bank.
Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia. We may change prices with at least
30 days' notice; a new price applies to an existing subscription only
after your explicit consent at a new checkout — until then you keep paying the amount
you agreed to.
10.2. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time in your account settings. After cancellation, paid
features stay available until the end of the period already paid for,
then the account moves to the free plan; the amount already paid for the current
period is not refunded.
When you switch plans before the period ends, the unused days of the previous plan
are refunded automatically, pro rata, to the same card.
If a renewal charge fails, we will notify you and keep your access for
5 days so you can update your payment method. After that, if your
number of clients exceeds the free plan's limit, access to the workspace is suspended
until payment is restored; your clients' data is not deleted.
In other cases, refund requests are reviewed individually — write to
support@vireo.coach within 14 days of the
charge.
10.3. Payment by a sports club
If your coach seat is paid for by a sports club, the payment terms are set by the
agreement between Vireo and the club. Your access under that seat lasts as long as the
club's agreement does; when it ends, we will notify you and keep your access for another
7 days so you can take out your own subscription. Your clients and data remain yours
regardless of the club.
Vireo is not a payment institution; the seller of the service is the app operator named
in the "Contacts" section.
11 Intellectual property
The Vireo name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These
Terms grant you no rights in the brand or code other than the right to use the app for
its intended purpose.
12 Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”,
without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be
uninterrupted, error-free, or that its results will meet your expectations, to the
extent permitted by law.
13 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vireo is not liable for indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages, or loss of data or profit arising from your use of, or
inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be
limited by law.
14 Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time in the app settings.
We may suspend or close an account in case of a breach of these Terms, abuse, or legal requirement.
After termination, we process your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
15 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes in the app or by email.
Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
16 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are
resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the courts of competent
jurisdiction as established by law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also retain
the rights granted by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
